Terms of Service

Last updated: January 4, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using EventGlimpse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

EventGlimpse provides photo sharing for events via unique gallery links. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We promise to:

  • Keep your photos safe and accessible
  • Maintain reasonable uptime and performance
  • Respect your privacy (see our Privacy Policy)
  • Give you 30 days notice before any major changes

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload photos you have the right to share
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Not use the service to harass or harm others
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not attempt to hack, abuse, or exploit the service

Content Ownership

You own your photos. Uploading to EventGlimpse doesn't transfer ownership to us. You grant us only the license to store and display your photos as needed to provide the service.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Gallery Sharing

When you share a gallery link, anyone with that link can view and upload photos. Keep links private if you want to control access. We are not responsible for misuse of shared links.

Data Retention

Photos and galleries remain active as long as your account is active. If you delete a gallery or photo, it's permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Inactive accounts (no login for 2+ years) may be deleted with 60 days email notice.

Limitations of Liability

EventGlimpse is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost photos, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Back up important photos elsewhere.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request account deletion anytime by emailing [email protected].

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be announced via email.
